AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 789, THE
LATTER BEING AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING OFFICIAL CLASSIFI-
CATIONS OF POSITIONS IN THE CLASSIFIED SERVICE
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AND PRO-
VIDING COMPENSATION THEREFOR, PURSUANT TO THE
PROVISIONS OF THE CIVIL SERVICE ACT; AND PRO-
VIDING FOR THE ADMINISTRATION OF THIS ORDINANCE
AND REPEALING ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That that portion of Paragraph 1 of Section 1 of
Ordinance No. 789, reading as follows:

days in accordance with the requirements of the City
Charter of the said City of Miami Beach.
