Ordinance 1524 ORDINANCE NO. 1524
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 22 OF "THE
CODE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
1950"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Section 22.64 of "The Code of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, 1950" be and the same is
hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 22.64. The sum of Two Dollars
($2.00) shall be paid
for each such identification card or
renewal thereof. "
SECTION 2: All ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same
are hereby repealed .
SECTION 3: The welfare of the City being imperiled, the three
readings of this ordinance shall be had in one
session, and the City Council finding that this ordinance is
necessary for the immediate protection of its citizens, it shall
therefore go into effect immediately upon its passage.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 17th day of September, 1964.

Ordinance remained posted for a period of at least thirty
days in accordance with the requirements of the City
Charter of the said City of Miami Beach.
