Section 1: That the salaries set opposite the names of
the following described officers of the City of Miami :Beach are
hereby prescribed and authorized to be paid at the end of each
month, for which services are rendered by such officers:

Section 3: That said salaries ]all be effective and
paid as to all zolice and „Are Department officers from and
after October lst, 1925, as to said City Cler:, from and after
September 1st, 1925, and as to all other salaries hereby fixed,
from and after November 1st, 1925.

NATED", having been duly 1)assed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Miami Beach, has been posted by me

on the 31st day of October, 1925, and that said Ordinance
remained posted for a period of at least thirty days in
accordance with the requirements of the City Charter of
