ORDINANCE No. 1535
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 289,
COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE "ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA".
BE I T ORD�AINED BY THE C I TY COUNC I L OF THE C I TY OF MIANiI BEACH ,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Section 11 of Ordinance No. 289 be and the
same is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the
following:
"Oil and/or gasoline storage tanks,
subject to approval and permit of
the City Council."
SECTION 2: �'hat Section 12 of Ordinance No. 289 be and the
same is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the
following:
"Oil and/or gasoline storage tanks."
�ECTION 3: That Section 13 of Ordinance No. 289 be and the
same is hereby amended by deleting therefrr�m the
following language: ,
�
"unrestricted"
SECTION 4: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 5: This ordinance shall go into effect immediately
upon its passage and posting as required by law.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of December , 1964.
