BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1: That Section 8 of Ordinance No. 195 passed
and adopted Octot;e: 17th, 1923, be and the same is 1,ereby a:flend-
ed to read as follows:
"Section 8: All confirmed cripples, all invalids physi-
cally incapable of maaual labor shall be allowed a license for
any of the above mentioned occupations without charge so long
as they use their own capital and their profits are not divide,
with someone else and when in the opinion of the Collector of
taxes, such applicants are worthy.
