BE IT OI2DAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TI-� CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORII3A:
SLCTION ls That Sections 4-C, 4-D, and 5 be and the same are
hereby amended by adding at the end of each of
said Sections a new paragraph reading as follows:
"Heli�orts for hotels having 375 or
more guest room.s for the use of
guests, of the hotel only, and sub-
ject to the approval and permit of
the City Council, and compliance
with all standards and safety rules
promulgated by the appropriate
Federal regulatory body."
SECTION 2: All ordinances in conflict herewith be and the
same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: This ordinance shall go into effect immediately
upon its passage and posting as required by law.
