BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY CUUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION l: That that portion of Section 17.16 of The Code of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, reading as follows:

be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:

SECTION 2: All ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same
are hereby repealed.
