fiECTION l: Trhat �hapter 7 of the �ade of the �it�r of Miami
Beaeh, Florid� l�e and the same is hereby amended by
adding a new section thereto immediately following �e�tian
7-16, ta be Mumbered and to read as follows1
"Se�tian '�"-16.1. It shall be unlawful for
any person to moor, anchor
or tie up to any dock, bulkhead or pier any
boat, housebc�at, ve�sel or watercraft of an�r
des�ription upon which is being carried on
any business, priyilege or occupation
enumerated in �hapter 20 of this �Code, or
any priv�te or social club of wh�tsc�ever
nature on any waterway in the �ity� provided,
however, that this fiection shall not agply
to any bQat, hauseboat, or �essel which is
moored, anchor�d ox tied u� to any dock,
bulkhead or pier on any land which is zoned
"BA" or other less restrictive use under
4rdinance Nc�. 289, com�uonly 1�nc�n as the
2oning prdinanee of the �ity of �tiami Beachx
and further gr�ovided that n�othing herein
contained shall apply to any watercraft en-
gaged in authorized dredging car cons�truction
wo�rk or to any sightseeing, excursion or
charter boat otherwi�� Iawfully being
operated on any waterway in the �ity."

are hereby repealed.

upfln its passage and posting as required by law.
