f AN ORDINANCE AMENDING OR:DIN�iNCE NO. 678
BEING AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING A SCHEDULE
OF SALARIES TO BE PAID TO THE ADMINIS-
TRATIVE OFFICERS OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA, AND FIXING THE RATES
THEREOF .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION l: That that portion of Ordinance No. 678 of the City
of Miami Beach, Florida, reading as follows:
'"K. Associate Municipal Judge Salary per month 401.00"
be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
"K. ..�„ssociate Municipal Judge Salary per month 150.00"
SECTION 2: That all ordinances in conflict herewith be and the
same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: This ordinance shall go into effect the 4th day
of Au�ust , 1965.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 4th day of August , 1965.
