ORDINANCE NO. 1573
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2.1 OF THE
CODE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH; FLORIDA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION l: That Section 2.1 of the Code of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, be and the same is hereby amended
to read as follows:
"Sec. 2.1. Time of council meetings.
Al1 regular meetings of the city
council will be held at 10:00 A.M, on
the first and third Wednesdays of each
! and every month."
SECTION 2: All ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same
are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: This ordinance shall go into effect immediately
upon its passage and posting as required by law.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 19th day of January 1966.
