ORDINANCE NO. 1575
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 289,
COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE "ZONING ORDINANCE
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA".
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 289, commonly known as the
"Zoning Ordinance of Miami Beach, Florida", and the
maps attached thereto and made a part thereof, be amended so as
to exclude from the "REE" Multiple-Family District and to
include in the "BA" Business District, as said.districts are
set forth and defined in said ordinance, and in Area District
No. 1,9 , as said districts are defined in said ordinance,
that certain parcel of land situate in Miami Beach, Dade
County, Florida, described as follows, to wit:

SECTION 3:
Lots 5 and 8, Block 10, MIAMI BEACH
IMPROVEMENT COMPANY OCEANFRONT
PROPERTY, according to the Plat
thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 5,
Pages 7 and 8, of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida.
All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
This ordinance shall go into effect immediately
upon its passage and posting as required by law.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 16th day of FebruarY , 1966.
