ORDINANCE NO. 157$
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 678 BEING
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING A SCHEDULE OF SALARIES
TO BE PAID TO THE ADMINISTR.ATIVE OFFICERS OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACHt FLORIDA, AND FIXING
THE RATES THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH�
FLORIDA:
SECTION �;: That the title to Ordinance No. 678 be and the same is
hereby amended to read as follows:
"'AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA; ESTABLISHING A SCHEDULE OF SALARIES
TO BE PAID TO THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICERS
AND UNCLASSIFIED EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF
MIA.MI BEACH� FLORIDA, AND FIXING THE RATES

SECTION 2: That that portion of Section 1 of Ordinance No. 678
reading as follows:
"SECTION l: That a schedule of rates of salaries for the
Administrative Officers of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, be and the same is hereby established as
follows:"

"SECTION 1%: All appointive and elective officers of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, except City
Councilmen, shall be allowed annual vacation leave with
pay for periods to be determined as follows:
Officers with less than ten (10)
years employment ......................One half month
Officers with more than ten (10)
years and not more than twenty
(20) years employment .................Three weeks
Officers with more than twenty
(20) years employment .................One month"
