ORDINANCE NO. 1584
AN ORDINANCE �.MENDING ORDINANCE NO. 289,
COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE "ZONING ORDINANCE
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA.'-'
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION l: That Ordinance No. 289, commonly known as the
"Zoning Ordinance of Miami Beach, Florida", and the
maps attached thereto and made a part thereof, be amended so as
to exclude from the "�'� Multiple-Family District and to in-
clude in the "BAAA"' BusinessDistrict, as said districts are set
forth and defined in said ordinance, and in Area District No.
18, as said districts are defined in said ordinance, that cer-
tain parcel of land situate in Miami Beach, Dade County,
Florida, described as follows, to wit:
SECTION 2:
SECTION 3:
That parcel of land bounded on the East
by the Westerly line of Washington Ave-
nue, bounded on the West by a line
parallel to Washington Avenue and 52
feet Westerly thereof; bounded on the
South by the Northerly line of Lincoln
Lane, bounded on the North by the
Southerly line of 17th Street produced
Westerly.
Al1 ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
This ordinance shall go into effect immediately
upon its passage and posting as required by law.
