ORDINANCE NO. 1585
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 289,
COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE "ZONING ORDINANCE OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA".
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 289, commonly known as the
"Zoning Ordinance of Miami Beach, Florida", be and
the same is hereby amended so as to exclude from the "Cabana
and Swimming Pool District" and to include in the "Two-Story
Cabana District", as said Districts are defined in said Ordi-
nance, those certain parcels of land situate in the City of
Miami Beach, Dade County, Florida, described as follows, to-wit:
SECTION 2:
SECTION 3:
Lots 232 to 245 inclusive, FIRST OCEAN
FRONT SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat
thereof, recorded in Plat Book 9, Page
78, of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida,
and
Lots 1 through 18, Block 1, SECOND OCEAN
FRONT SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat
thereof, recorded in Plat Book 28, Page
28, of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida.
All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
This ordinance shall go into effect immediately
upon its passage and posting as required by law.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 20th day of April , 1966.
