AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 44 OF "THE
CODE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACHa FLORIDA"

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH;
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That that portion of Section 44.43 of "The Code
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida" reading as
follows :
"(b) Overtime parking in a posted time
zone . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . l. 00
(c) Restricted or improper parking. .... 1.00
(d) Prohibited or hazardous parking .... 2.00"
be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
"(b) Overtime parking in a posted time _..
zone . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 2.00
(c) Restricted or improper parking .... 2.00
(d) Prohibited or hazardous parking .... 5.00"
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby
repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall go into effect
immediately upon its passage and posting as
required by law.
