Ordinance 2187 7 ORDINANCE NO. 218 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, REGULATING THE HOURS DURING VETCH VEHICLES DRAWN BY ANIUALS, POWER PRO- PELLED ROLLERS AND TRUCKS CARRYING HEAVY IACBINERY OR OTTTNR MATERIAL AT A SPEED NOT GREATER THAN TEN MILES PER HOUR MAY USE THE CAUSEWAY BETWEEN MIAMI AND MIAMI BEACH. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA: Section 1. That during tha time between seven -thirty and ten A.M. and three o'clock and six -thirty P. M., no vehicle drawn by an animal or animals, no power propelled roller and no truck or other vehicle carrying heavy machinery or other material at a speed not greater than ten miles per hoar shall use the causeway between Miami and. Miami Beach, l!lorida, for a passage -way. Section 2. That any person, firm or corporation found guilty of a violation of this ordinance shall be fined not exceeding 4200.00 or be imprisoned in the City Jail not exceeding ninety days. Section 3.
