ORDINANCE NO. 1599 ;
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 8 OF "THE
CODE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Chapter 8 of "The Code of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida" be and the same is hereby amended by
adding thereto a new Section, to be numbered and to read as
follows:
"Section 8.3 Schedule of Permit Fees - That Or-
dinance No. 57-19 of Metropolitan
Dade County, Florida, setting forth a schedule
of Bni3.ding Department permit fees, three copies
of which are on file in the Office of the City
Clerk, is hereby incorporated herein by reference,
and is hereby adopted as the Schedule of Permit
Fees of the Building Department of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, provided, however, that
fees for certificates of occupancy shall be as
follows:
(1) Single Family residential and
Duplexes per structure $ 5.00
(2) Bungalow courts, apartments,
hotels, motor hotels, day
nurseries, all other multi-
ple family uses, all commer-
cial establishments 10.00"
SECTION 2: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict '
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed, b
�ECTION 3: This ordinance shall go into effect immediately upon
its passage and posting as required by law.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 21st day of September 1966.
