ORDINANCE N4. 1602
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 20 OF "THE
CODE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA"
$E IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY C4UNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLC�RIDA :

' SECTION l: That that portion of Section 17 of Chapter 20 of
; "The Code of the City of Miami Beach, Florida"
; reading as follows:
"(165) Restaurants, Drugstores or Other
` Establishments servirig foad,
permitting the operation of
cafe, cafeteria, public dining
room, tea room or restaurant
with chairs or stools, each to
count as one seat, for the
first 20 seats shall pay a
minimum fee of ................... 49.50
For each additional seat
over 20 .......................... 2.75��
be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
"{165) Restaurants, Drugstores or 4ther

SECTION 2: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTI4i�T 3: That this ordinance shall go into effect immedi-
ately upon its passage arid posting as required by
law.
