ORDINANCE NO. 1610
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 289,
COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE "ZONING ORDINANCE
OF CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA".

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 289, commonly known as the
"Zoning Ordinance of City of Miami Beach, Florida"
and the maps attached thereto and made a part thereof, be
amended so as to exclude from the "BD" Business District and to
include in the "BB" Business District, as said districts are
set forth and defined in said ordinance, and in Area District
No. 19 , as said distriet is defined in said ordinanee, that
certain parcel of land situate in Miami Beach, Dade County,
Florida, and described as follows, to-wit:
Lots 22 to 35, inclusive, Block 15A,
ISLAND VIEW ADDITION, according to the
Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 9,
Page 44 of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida.
SECTION 2: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: That this ordinance shall go into effect immediately
upon its passage and posting as required by law.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 5th day of October ,
1966.
