AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER l6 OF
"THE CODE QF THE CITY 4F MIAMI BEACH,
FL4RIDA"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL QF TH£ CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION l: Trhat Article V of Chapter 16 of "The Cod� of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida" be and the same is
hereby amended by adding thereto, immediately at the end there-
of, a new section, to be numbered and to read as follows:
"Sec. 16., 96 No license for any public lodging
and/or public food service estab-
lishment shall be issued prior to the submis-
sion to the Citiy Clerk af a license issued for
such public lodging and/or public food service
establisriment by the Florida Hotel and Re�staurant
Commission."
SECTION 2: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith be and tl7e same are hereby repealed.
5ECTION 3: That this ordinance shall go into �ffect immediately
upon its passage and posting as required by law.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 2r�d da�t of �Tovember, 1966.
