BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY C4UNCIL OF THE CITY 4F MIAM�
BEAC%i s FLORIDA :
SECTION l. That 5ections 4.14, 4.15, 4.16, 4.17, 4.19
4.2Ci and 4.21 of "The Code of the City of
Miam�. Beach, Florida, be and the same are hereby
deleted.
SECTION �. That all ordinances, or parts of ordinances,
�� in conflict herewith, be and the same hereby
are repealed.
SECTION 3. T'hat this ordiz�ance shall go into effect
immediately upon its passage and posting as
required by iaw.
