BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY C4UNCIL 4F THE CITY OF NiIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION l. T'hat Section 13 of Ordinance No. 285 of the
City of Miatmi Beach, Florida, requiring
contractors to f ile Certificates of Insurance with the City
Clerk be, and the same is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. That this ordinance shall go into effect
immediately upon its passage and posting as
required by law.
