Provided, however, that in the event
it shall be determined by fihe City Council
of the City of Mi�ni Beach that the duties
and responsibilities of whe of f ice of Mur�.cipal
Judge require the performance thereof on a
full time basis, and to the exclusion of the
privilege to engage in the privat� practice
of law, then in such event, the mor�thly
salary of said office shall be
