SECTTON l. That that portion o� Section 1? of Chapter 20
of "7'he Code of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida" =eading as follows: �
"(165 ) Re staurants , Druqstores or Othe r
Establishments serving food, permitting
the operation of cafe, cafeteria, public
dining room, tea room or restau�an� with
chairs or st�oals, each to count as one
