AN ORDINANCE �NfENDI1�1G CHAPTER 15 OF
"THE CODE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA"

S�CTION 1. That Chapter 15 of "Z'i�e Code of the City of
Nliami Seach, Florida" be and the same is
hereby amended by adding a new section thereto, immediatel�
following Section 15-18, and to be numbered and to read
as follows:
"Section 15-19 HARBOR LINE
A harbor line is hereby established in the Atlantic
4cean between the southerly line produced easterly
of Biscayne Street and the northerly line produced
easterly of Lot One {1), Block One {1} of FRIEDMAN
AND COPE SUBDIVISION, located as follows:
Beginning at a point on the southerly line, produced
easterly, of Biscayne Street, said point being
745 feet easterly of the easterly line of Collins
Avenue measured along the said southerly line of
Biscayne Street and said southerly iine produced
easterly;
Thence run in a northerly direction to a point
on the easterly production of the center line of
First �lst) Street, said point being 3g5 feet
easterly of the easterly line of Ocean Dxive
measured along the said center line of Fir�t
flst) Street anci said center line produced easterly;
Thence run in a northerly direction to a point on
the easterly production of the center line of Second
{2nd} Street, said point being 350 feet easterly
of the easterly line of Ocean Drive measured along
the said center line of Second (2nd) Street and
sa�id center line produced easterly;
Thence run in a northerly direction to a point
on the easterly p�roduction of the center line of
Third (3rd � Street, said point being 345 feet
easterly of the easterly line of Ocean Drive
measured along the said center line of T'hird (3rd)
Street and said center line produced easterly;
Thence run in a northerly direction to a point
on the easterly production of the center line
Fourth (4th) Street, said point being 335 feet
easterly of the easterly line of �cean Drive
measured along the said center line of Fourth
Street and said center line produced easterly�

Thence run in a riortherly direction to a point
on the easterly production of the center line
produ�ed easterly of Fifth ( 5th� Street, said
point being 335 feet easterly of the easterly
line of Ocean Drive measured along the said
center line of Fifth (Sth) Street and said center
line praduced easterly;
Thence run in a northerly direction to a point
on the northerly line produced easterly of Lot
One (11 , Block One (1) , of FRIEDMAN AND COPE
SUBDIVISION, as shown on a plat recorded in
Plat Book 4, page 83 of the public records of
Dade County, Fiorida;
�^Said point being 334 feet easterly of the easterly
line of �cean Drive measured along the $aid north-
erly line of Lot One tl) and said northerly line�
produced easterly;
As said Ocean Drive, First (lst) Street, Second
(2nd) Street, Third (3rd) Street, Fourth (4th)
Street, Fifth (5th) Street, Bis�ayne Street,
and Collins Avenue are shown on the plat of
OCEAN BEACH ADDITION NO. 4, recorded in Plat Book
3, at page 151; SOUTH BEACH PARI{, as shown on
plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 6, page 77;
and FRIEDMAN AND COPE SUBDIVISION, as s�►own on
plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 4, page 83;
all of the public records of Dade County, Florida,
and as said Collins Avenue and Biscayne Street
are named and desiqnated in Ordinance No. 232
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, and as said
Lot One t 1 j and Block One (1) are shown on the
plat of FRIEDI�AN AND COPE SUBD�VISION, recorded
in Plat Book 4, page 83 of the public records of
Dade County, Florida."
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of orainan�es
in conflict herewith be and the same hereby
are repealed.
SECTION 3. That the health and w�:lfare _. af the City being
in peril, the three readings of this ordinance
shall be had in one session and the City Council findinq
that this ordinance is necessary for the immediate
protection of its citizens, it shall therefore go into
effect immediately upon its passage.
