ORDINANCE NO. 1628
AN ORDINANCE �1MENDING CHAPTER 47
OF "THE CODE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA".
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Section 47.12 of "The Code of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida" be and the same is hereby
deleted.
SECTION 2: That �ections 47.13 and 47.14 of "The Code of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida" be and the
same are hereby respectively renumbered �ections 47.12 and
47.13.
SECTION 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby
repealed.
SECTION 4: The health and welfare of the City being in
peril, the three readings of this ordinance
shall be had in one session and the City Council f inding
that this ordinance is necessary for the immediate protec-
tion of its citizens, it shall therefore go into effect
immediately upon its passage.
