AN �RDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 20
OF "THE CODE OF THE CIT� OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Section 20-17 of "The Code of the City of
Niiami Beach, Florida" be and the same is hereby
amended by adding, immediately following Item (89) thereunder,
a new and additiorial paragraph, to be numbered and to read
as follows:
"{89,1) Garbage and trash disposal
contractors ..................$ 10U.00 „
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances �
in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby
repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall go into effect
immediately upon its passage and posting as
required by law.
