OF CHAPTER 15 �F "THE CODE OF TI�
CITY OF NIIANi2 BEACH, FLORIDA"
BE IT ORDAIyED BY THE CITY COUi�tCIL QF TFiE CITY OF 1��IA1��I BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION l. T�at that portion of Section 15.1� of "The
Code of the �ity o� Nsiami Beach, Florida"
reading as follows:
"Said poin� being 330 ieet easterly of the
easterly line of Ocean Drive measured along
the said northerly line of Lot One (1? and said
northerly line praduced easterly;"
be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Said point being 33� feet eas�erl� of the
easterly line af Ocean Drive measured along the
said northerly line of Lot One (1) and said
northe�ly line producec� easterly;
Th� saic� easterly line of acean Drive now being
a line parallel to and �ifteen (15) feet easterly
of that certaix� ten (10) foot sidewalk on the
easterly side of C?cean Dri�ve, as shown on plats
of OCEAN FEACH ADDITION NO. �4, and FRIEDP�A�N AND
COPE SUBDSVISION, respectively. 5aid fi�teen (15)
feet havinc� been dedicated for street purposes
to the City of 1�iami Beach. "
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same hereby are
repealed.
SECTION 3, The health anci welfare of the City being in peril,
the three readings of this ordinance shall be had
in one session anc� the City Council finding that this
ordinance is necessary for the immediate protection of its
citizens, it shall therefore go into effect immediately
upon its passage.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 22nd c1a of February, 1967.

Ordinance No. 1631 entitled:
"AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 15.19 OF CHAPTER 15
OF 'THE CODE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA'"
having been passed and adopted by the Gity Council of the City of
Miami Beach, Fiorida, has been posted by me in three conspicuous
places in the City of Miami Beach, one of which was at the door
of the City Hall in said City on the 22nd day of February, 1967
and that said Ordinance remained posted for a period of at least
thirty days in accordance with the requirements of the City Charter
of the said City of Miami Beach.
