AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 289,
COMMONLY KNOWN Aa THE "ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA"

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Section 16 of Ordinance No. 289, commonly
known as the "Zoning Ordinance of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida", be and the same is hereby amended by adding
thereto a new Area District, immediately following Area Dis-
trict No. 75, to be numbered and to read as follows:
"AREA DISTRICT NO. 76. There shall be a front
yard of not less than
50 feet when measured from the bulkhead line
as described and established by Ordinance No.
1626 and amended by Ordinance No. 1631 of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida. There shall be
a rear yard having a depth of not less than
f ive feet when measured from the east property
line of Ocean Drive. There shall be a side
yard having a width of not less than five feet
on either (each) side of a building."
SECTION 2: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: That this ordinance shall go into effect immediately
upon its passage and posting as required by law.
