BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE Cl2''� OF IyIIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION l: That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 1605 of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida be and the same �.s hereby
amended by adding immediately following Paragraph L thereaf the

That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
That this ordinance shall go inio effect immediately

places in the City of Miami Beach, one of which was at the door
of the City Hall in said City on the 21st day of September, 1967
and that said Ordinance remained posted for a period of at least
thirty da�s in accordanee with the requirements of the City Charter
of the said City of Miami Beach.
