COMMONLY KNOwN AS THE "ZONING ORDINANCE
OF CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FL4k�IDA" .

BE IT OHDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLO.�IDA ;
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 289, commonly known as the
"Zoning Ordinance of City of Miami Beach,
Florida" and the maps attached thereto and made a part
thereof, be amended so as to exclude from the "BAAA"
Business District and to include in the "tZU" Single Family
Distriet and in Area District No. 13, as said districts
are set forth and defined in said ordinance, that certain
parcel of land situate in Miami Beach, Dade County, Florida,
des�ribed as follows, to wit:
That parcel of land bounded on the East
by the westerly line of i�ashington Avenue;
bounded un the �iest by a line parallel to
Washington Avenue and 52 feet westerly
thereof; bounded on the South by the
Northerly line of Lincoln Lane; bounded
on the North by the Southerly line of
17th Street produced �Iesterly.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or �arts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby
repealed.
SECTION 3, That this ordinance shall go into effect
immediately upon its passage and posting as
required by la�a.

Ordinance No. 1662 entitled:
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 289, COMMONLY
KNOWN AS THE "ZONING ORDINANCE OF CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA" .
having been passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, has been posted by me in three conspicuous
places in the City of Miami Beach, one of which was at the door
of the City Hall in said City on the 7th day of September, 1967
and that said Ordinance remained posted for a period of at least
thirty days in accordance with the requirements of the City Charter
of the said City of Miami Beach.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and
affixed the official seal of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
on this the 18th day of October, 1967.
