SUBJECT: PARKS & RECREATIONAL FACILITI S ADVISORY BOARD MOTIONS
The purpose of this Letter to Commission (LTC) is to inform the Mayor and Commission of the three motions
passed by the Parks and Recreational Facilities Advisory Board at its meeting of June 1, 2017:
MOTION 1:
The Parks and Recreational Facilities Advisory Board motions for the consultant's (Savino Miller) to look at the
North field space (the smallest open space parcel near the lake on 28th) and present options to move it away
from the lake and make It larger.

The Parks and Recreational Facilities Advisory Board motions to take the concept presented at the June 1st
board meeting to the DRB as long as it includes the changes recommended to move the north field away from
the lake shore and increase its size.
