NO. 289, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE
"ZONING ORDINANCE OF CITY 4F
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA"

BE IT ORDAINEI3 BY THE CITY COUNGIL OF THE �ITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance IJoa 289, commonly known as the
"Zoning Ordinance of City of Miami Beach,
Florida" and the maps attached thereto and made a part
thereof, be amended so as to exclude from the "RC" Estate
District and to include in the "RDE" Restricted Multiple
Family District, as said districts are set forth and
defined in said ordinance, and in Area District Noe 13,
as said disrrict is defined in said ordinance, those
certain parcels o� land �ituate in the City of Miami Beach,
Dade Caunty, Florida, described as follows:
Lnt 44, in 81.o�k 1, of NAUTILUS SU8D2VISION,
according to the plat thereof, recorded
in Plat Book 8, at page 95 of the public
records of Dade County, Florida; and
That part of Lot 45 in Block 3 of NAUTILUS
SUBDIVIS=ON, according to the plat thereof,
recorded in Plat Book 8, at page 95 of the
public records of Dade County, Florida,
described as follows:
8eginning at the southeast corner of said
Lot 45 and run West, 9 f�et along the south line
thereof to the beginning of a curve concave to
the southwest, having a radius of 239 feet;
run thence northwesterly 156.43 feet along said
curve ta the northerly line of said Lot 45 at a
poiz�t 16 feet easterly from the northwest corner
thereof ; run thence easterly, 133 feet along the
northerly lin� of said Lot 45 to the northeast
corner thereof; rux� thence southerly 104 feet
along the easterly line of said Lot 45 to the

SECTIDN 2. That all ordinances, ar parts of ordinances,
in conflict herewith be and the same are her�by
repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall go into effect
immediately upon its passage and posting as
required by law.

having been passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, has been posted by me in three conspicuous
places in the City of Miami Beach, one of which was at the door
of the City Hall in said City on the 2nd day of November, 1967
and that said Ordinance remained posted far a period of at least
thirty days in accordance with the requirements of the City Charter
of the said City of Miami Beach.
