AN ORDZNANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 20 OF
"THE CODE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA"
BE IT ORDAI�iED B�' THE CITY C4UNCIL QF THE CITY OF r�iIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
' SECTION l. That Section 20--17 �7F � of Chapter 20 of "The
' Code of the City of I�iiami Beach, k'lorida" be
and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
" ( 7 6 ) EXTERMINATORS, insect �and
vermin $ 74.50 ��
SECTTON 2o That all ordfinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby
repealed.
SECTION 3. The health and welfare of the Cit� being in
pexil, the three readings of this ordinance
�� shall be had in one session anc� the City Council f inding
that this ordinance is nece�ssary for the immediate protection
af its citizens, it shall therefore go into effect immediatel�
upon its passage.
