ORDINANCE NO. 1674
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 20 OF "THE
CODE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA".
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Section 20-17 (112-e ) of Chapter 20 of "The
Code of the City of Miami Beach, Florida" be
and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
"(e) For each employee engaged in collecting
or delivering laundry, linen, or dry
cleaning, including rugs and carpets
in the City of Miami Beach ............... 44.30"
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby
repealed.
SECTION 3. The health and welfare of the City being in
peril, the three readings of this ordinance
shall be had in one session and the City Council finding
� that this ordinance is necessary for the immediate protection
' of its citizens, it shall therefore go into effect immediately
upon its passage.
