ORDINANCE NO. 1675
AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE DESIGNATION OF
THE BOUNDARIES OF THE LIQUOR ZONING MAP
DESIGNATED AND REFERRED TO IN SECTION
18.41 OF "THE CODE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA".
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION l. That the Liquor Zoning Map designated and referred
to in Section 18.41 of "The Code of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida" be and the same is hereby amended so as
to exclude from the "G" District and to include in the "H"
District, as said districts are set forth and defined in
Section 18.48 and Section 18.49, respectively, of "The Code
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida" the following described
land, situate, lying and being in Miami Beach, Dade County,
Florida, to wit:
Lots 5 to 10, inclusive, in Block 80,
of ALTON BEACH REALTY COMPANY'S
SUBDIVISION, according to the plat
thereof, recorded in Plat Book 6, at
page 12 of the public records of Dade
County, Florida.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances, or parts of ordinances,
in conflict herewith, be and the same are
hereby repealed. �
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall go into effect
immediately upon its passage and posting as
required by law .

having been passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, has been posted by me in three conspicuous
places in the City of Miami Beach, one of which was at the door
of the City Hall in said City on the 16th day of November, 1967
and that said Ordinance remained posted for a period of at least
thirty days in accordance with the requirements of the City Charter
of the said City of Miami Beach.
