BE IT ORDAINED BY TH� CITY COUNCIL OF THF C=TY O�' P�iI�ll BEACH,
FLQRIDA :
S�CTION l. 'I�hat Sect�.on 9 of Ordinance No 0 2s9, commonly 3�nown
as the "Zoning Ordinance of the City of T�Iiami Beach,
Florida", be and the same is hereby amended, by adding thereto,
immediately at the ena �.hereofg a new paragraph, to be numbered
and -to read as follaws :
"26. Commercial Bingo and similar gamesa"
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conf lict herewith be anc7 the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3o T�hat this ordinance shall go into effect immediately
upon its passage and posting as req�ired by law.

KNOWN AS THE 'ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA"'
having been passed and adopted by the City Council of the City af
Niiami Beach, Florida, has been posted by me in three conspicuous
places in the City of Miami Beach, one of which was at the door
of the City Hall in said City on the 16th day of November, 1967
and that said Ordinance remained posted for a period of at least
thirty days in accordance with the requirements of the City Charter
of the said City of Miami Beach.
