CODE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE C=TY COUNC=L OF THE CITY OF MIA►i'�S BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Section 36-3 oi Chapter 36 of "The Code ot the
City of Niami Beacho Florid�" reading as followso

therefor from the Chief Building Inspector and paying
the fees set �orth in this chapter."

ing the fees set forth in this Chapter."

City o� Miami Beach, Florida" reading as follows:
"Sec . 36--�'r SAME - FEES ; APPLICATION .
A fee of twenty cents per square foot of maximum hori -
zontally projected area, with a minimum of two dollars
anc? fif�ky cents, shall be paid for each sign requiring
a sign erector; provided, however, that no fee shall be
required for the taking down and rehanging of signs
v�here th ere has besn no change of any kind in method of
supporting, framework, copy, etc., and a�ee of one dollar
and twenty-five cen�s shall be paid for each sign applied
�y a sign writer. Applications for permits shall be
accompanied by such drawings and inforntation as are neces-
sary to fully acquaint the Chief Buildinq Inspec�or cvith

three readings of �his ordinance shall be had in one
session and. the City Council finding tha'r. this ordinance is necessary

into effect imr�zecli�tely upon its passage.
