BE IT ORDAINED BY' THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLQRIDAs
SECTION la That Ordinance Noo 2$9, commonly known as the
"Zoning Ordinance of City of Miami Beach,
Florida", and the maps attached -�hereto and made a part
thereot, be amended so as to exclude from the "RD" Single
Family District and to include in the "BAAA" Business
District, as said districts are set forth and defined in
said ordinance, and in Area District Noo 13, as said
district is defined in said ordinance, that certain parcel
of land situate in Miami Beach, Dade County, Florida, described
as follows, to wit:
That certain parcel of land bounc�ed
on the East by the Westerly line of
Washington Avenue; bounded on the
� West by a line parallel to Washington
Avenue and 52 feet westerly thereof;
bounded on the South by the Northerly
line of Lincoln Lan�e; bounded on the
North by the Southerly line of 17th
Street produced westerlye
SECTION 2, That all ordinances, or parts of ordinances,
in conflict herewith be and the same are
