ORDINANCE NO. � 683
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACHi
FLORIDA, CHANGING THE N�NlE OF WEST THIRTY-
SEVENTH STREET TO BARR.Y STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION l. That that certain highway shown and designated
as "West Thirty-seventh Street"on the plat of
GARDEN SUBDIVISION, OF THE MIAMI BEACH BAYSHORE COMPAI�TY,
as recorded in Plat Book 29, page 67 of the public records
of Dade County, Florida, is hereby changed in name and
designation, and shall hereafter be known, designated and
referred to as "BARRY STREET".
SECTION 2. That all ordinances, or parts of ordinances,
in conf lict herewith, be and the same are
hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall go into effect
immediately upon its passage and posting as
required by law.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 7th day of February, 1968.
