"No sign described in paragraphs (b) , �c) ,
(d) ,(e) and (f ) of Sec. 36-1Q of this Chapte=
shall be erected, constructed or reconstructed
in the City without first ha'ving obtained a
permit therefor from the City Council and paying
the fees set forth in this Chapter. Appla.cation
for sign permits sha11 be made upon blanks
prova.ded by the building inspector, and s�all
con�a:�np or have attached thereto, the following
information:
il� Name, a�dress and telephone number
of the applicant.
(2) Location of building, structure, or
lot to which or upon which the sign.or other
advertising s�r�xcture is to be attached or
erected.
�3) Position of the sign or other advertising
structure in relation to nearby buildings or
�tru�tures.
(4) Two blueprints � or ink drawings of the
plans �.rid specifications and method of construction
and attachment to the building or in the ground.
(5) Copy of stress sheets and calculations
showing the structure is designed for dead load
and wind pressure in any direction in the aumount
required by this and all other laws and ordinances
of the City.
(6 ) Name of person, firm, corporation or
association erecting structure.
�7) Any electrical permit required and
issued for said sign.
{�) Such other information as the City
Council shall require ta show t1111 compliance
with this anci a�.l other laws and ordinances of
the City. "
SECTION 3 That all ordina,rices or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and t�e samE are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4 The health anc� welfare af the City being in peril,
the three readings of this ordinance shall be had in one
session and the City Council finding �hat this ordinance is
necessaYy for the immediate protection o��' its citizens, it shall
therefore go into effect immediately u�on its passage.

BEACH, FLORIDA' PERTAINING TO SIGNS"
having been passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, has been posted by me in three conspicuous
places in the City of Miami Beach, one of which was at the door
of the City Hall in said City on the 17th day of Ju 1 y, 1 g68,
and that said Ordinance remained posted for a period of at least
thirty days in accordance with the requirements of the City Charter
of the said City of Miami Beach.
