BE IT Ot2DAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL 4F THE CITY OF MIA��II BEACH,
FLORIDA e
SECTION 1 That Ordinance No. 289 of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
commonly known as the "Zoning �rdinance of l�iiami Beach,
Flor ida" , as�d l:he maps attached thereto and made a part thereo�, be
,and the same is hereby a��nended by adding immediately after that
paragraph desi.gnated "Area District 78", the following:
"Area District 79. There shall be a front
yard having a depth of not less than 13 feet.
There shall be a rear yard having a depth of
not les s than 2 0 feet . There shal l be a s ide
yard on either (each) side of a building
having a width of not less than 5 feet."
S ECTION 2 That Ordinanee No. 2 89 and the maps attached thereto and
rnade a part thereof b�e and �he same is hereby amended by
exclud ing from the "BAA" gusiness Uistrict and including in the "RE"
Multiple-Family District, and in Area District 78, as said districts
are set forth and defined in said ordinance, the following described
parce 1 of land s ituate, lying and be ing in the City of i�iiami Beach,
County of Dade and S tate of Flori.da, to wit:
Lot 5, Block 115, OCEAN BEACH A�3DITION NO. 4,
according to the Plat thereof, recorded in
Plat Book 3 at page 151 of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida; also known as
325 Ocean Drive.
SECTION 3 That Ordinanc� No. 289 and the maps attached thereto and
ma.de a part thereof, be and the saxne is hereby amended by
ex� lud ing from the "BB " Bus ines s D istr ict and inc lud ing in the "RE "
Multiple-Family District and in Area District 79, as said districts
are set forth and defined in said Ordinance, the following described
parcel of land s ituate,lying and being in the City of i�iami Beach,
County of Dac�e and State of Florida, to wit:

Miami Beach, Florida, has been posted by me in three conspicuous
places in the City of Miami Beach, one of which was at the door
of the City Ha11 in said City on the 9th day of December, 1968,
and that said Ordinance remained posted fo� a period of at least
thirty days in accordance with the requirements of the City Charter
of the said City of Miami Beach.
