NO . 2 8 9, COM:�IQNLY KNO�aN' AS THE
"ZONING ORDINANCE OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA "
BE IT O�`20AINED BY T�E CTT�` COUNCIL OF �I�E CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FL0.�2I�A :
SECTION 1 That Ordinance Noe 289, co�rnmonly known as the "7oning
O�di�lance of Miami Beach, Flori3a" and the ma.ps attached
thereto and made a part thereof, be and the same is hereby amended
by creating a new Use District to be know� as "�RDH" S ingle-Family
District, wherein the following uses �ill be perntitted, to wit e
1 e Any use permitted in the "�C" Estate District;
2 o S ingle-family dwellings ;
3. Golf eourses,
4. Accessory buildings including a private garage;
5. Ground level only automobile parking areas for
hospitals, and subject to the provisions of
Section 2 7. 6 of "The Code of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida".
SECTION 2 That Ordinan�e No. 289, and the maps attached t�iereto
and made a part thereaf, be and the same is hereby
�mended by excludinc� frorn the "i�D" S ingle-fa.mily Use District �.nd
including in the "�2DH" S ingle-family Use �istrict, and in Area
District Noa 13, as said districts are set forth and defined in
said ordinance, the following described parcel of l�nd, situate,
lying �nd being in the City of Mi�mi Beach, County of Dade and
S tate of Florida, to �it :
Lots 12 to 17 , both in� lus ive , B lock 13 ,
NAUTILUS ADDITION; according to the Plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 8 at page 130
of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida;
also known as ��20 and 4744 l+��ridia.n Avenue,
and 8f U, 872 , 880 and 888 �aest 47th Court.
SECTION 3 This amending ordinanc� shall follow immedia.te�.y after
Section 4-B of said Ordin�nce No. 289, and shall be
numbered S ect ion �! -BA .
SECTI4N 4 That all or3ina.nces or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 5 That this ordinance sY�all go into effect immediately
upon its passage and posting as requir�d by law.

Miami Beach, Florida, has been posted by me in three conspicuous
places in the City of Miami Beach, one of which was at the door
of the City Hall in said City on the 5th day of December, 1968,
and that said Ordinance remained posted for a period of at least
thirty days in accordance with the requirements of the City Charter
of the said City of Miami Beach.
