BE IT 0��2i��AINED BY THE CITY COUiVCIL OF THE CITY OF i�tIA��II BEACH,
FLO�IDA :
SECTION 1 That Articl� II, Chapter 4, of "The Cod.e of the City of
i�ia�ni Beach, Florida", be and the sa�ne is hereby amended
to add a new section thereto to follow id�unediately after Section 4.13
and to be numbered and to read as followsa
"Sec. 4-14o No dog, even though licensed,
muzzled or inoculat�d against rabi��� and fastened
to a suitable leash, shall be permitted to commit
a nuisance of any kind or character upon any
public or private property other than the property
o�' the owner of the dog, and upon public property
of the City of T�ia*ni Beach that 1 ies ent ire ly
bet��reen the street curbs, excluding the sections
o� the streets nor�nally used by pedestrianse"
SECTION 2 That all ordinances or garts of ordinances in confclict
herewith be and the sa7ne are hereby repealedo
SECTION 3 That this ordinance shall go into ef�Eect immediately
upon its passage and posting as required by l�w.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 4 OF "THE CODE OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA"
having been passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, has been posted by me in three conspicuous
places in the City of Miami Beach, one of which was at the door
of the City Hall in said City on the 19th day of December, 1968,
and that said Qrdinance remained posted for a period of at least
thirty days in accordance with the requirements of the City Charter
of the said City of Miami Beach.
