BE IT ORD�PiINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF I�iIAMI BEACFi,
FLORIUA :
SECTION 1 That Ordinance No. 2�9, commonly known as the "Zoning
Ordinance of iliami �each, Florida", and the maps attached
�hereto and made a part thereof, be and the sa�ne is hereby arnended
so as to exclude from the "BAA" Business District, an3 to include in
the "RE" itiiultiple=Family Use District, and in Area District IKF-4,
as said district5 are set forth and defined in said ordinance, those
certain parcels of la�d situate, lying and being in the City of Miatoi
Beach, County of Dade and State of Florida, described as follows,
to wit :

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 289, COMMONLY
KNOWN AS THE "ZONING ORDINANCE OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA"
having been passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, has been posted by me in three conspicuous
places in the City of Miami Beach, one of which was at the door
of the City Hall in said City on the 17th day of January, 1969,
and that said Ordinance remained posted for a period of at least
thirty days in accordanee with the requirements of the City Charter
of the said City of Miami Beach.
