OF i�ilAi�+il BEACH, FLORIDA" .
BE IT ORD�INED BY THE CITY COUNCIL �F THE CITY OF NiIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA e
SECTIDN 1 That Ordinance No. 289, commonly known as the "Zoning
Ordinance of 1�Iiami Beach, Florida", and the maps
attached thereto and made a part thereof, be and the same is hereby
amended by exc lud ing f rom the "BAA " Bus ines s D is tr ic t and inc lud ing
in the "RE" i�Rultiple-Family Use District, and in Area District MF-10,
as said districts are set forth and de�ined in said ordinance, the
following described parcel of land situate, lying and being in the
City of Miami Beach, County of Dade and S tate of Florida, to wit :
Lots 2 and 3, Block 42, BELLE VIE�iJ
SUBDIVIaION, according to the Plat
thereof, recorded in Plat Book 6 at
page 114 of the Publi� �2ecords of
Dade County, Florida; also known as
1658 Bay Road.
SECTION 2 That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTI�N 3 That this ordinance shall go into effect immediately
upan its passage and posting as required by law.

places in the City of Miami Beach, one of which was at the door

and that said Ordinance remained posted for a period of at least
thirty days in accordance with the r�quirements of the Cit�r Charter
of the said City of Miami Beach.
