AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 289,
COMMONLY K1�TTOWN AS THE "ZONING ORDINANCE
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA".

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY C4 �,.��.��u OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA :
SECTION ,l That Ordinance No. 289, common�ly known as the "Zoning
Ordinance of Miami Beach, F�lorida, " and the maps
attached thereto and made a part thereof, be and the same is
hereby amended by exc,luding from the "BA" Business District and
including in the "RE" Mu�ltiple-Family District, and in Area
District MF-9, as said districts are set forth and defined in
said ordinance, the following described parcel of land situate,
,lying and being in the City of Miami Beach, Dade County, Florida,
to wit:
Lots 2 and 3, B�lock 5, OCEAN BEACH
SUBDIVISION, according to the P�lat
thereof, recorded in Plat Book 2 at
page 38 of the Pub�lic Records of
Dade County, F.lorida, also known as
450 Ocean Drive.
SECTION 2 That al,l ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repea�led.
SECTION 3 That this ordinance sha,l�l go into effect immediately
upon its passage and posting as required by law.

thirty days in accordance with the requirements of the City Charter
of the said City of Miami Beach.
