OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA".
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA :
SECTION l That Ordinance No. 289, commonly known as the "Zoning
Ordinance of Miami Beach, Florida", and the maps
attached thereto and made a part thereof, be and the same is
hereby amended by excluding from the "BA" Business District and
inc.luding in the "RE" Multip,le-Family District, and in Area
D istrict MF-4, as said districts are set forth and defined in
said ordinance, the fol,lowing described parce.l of land situate,
lying and being in Miami Beach, Florida, to wit:
Lots 1 to 6, inclusive, B,lock l,
FRIIDMAN AND COPE SUBDIVISION,
accord ing to the Plat thereof,
recorded in P.lat Book 4 at page 83
of the Public Records of Dade County,
F.lorida; also known as 5Ol Ocean Drive).
�ECTION 2 That a�l.l ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3 That this ordinance sha,l�l go into effect immediately
upon its passage and posting as required by law.

Miami Beach, Florida, has been posted by me in three conspicuous
places in the City of Miami Beach, one of which was at the door
of the City Hall in said City on the 26th day of February, 1969,
and that said Ordinance remained posted fo� a period of at least
thirty days in accordance with the requirements of the City Charter
of the said City of Miami Beach.
