ORDINANCE NO. 1763
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. �89,
COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE "ZONING ORDINANCE
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA".
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA :
SECTION 1 That O�dinance No. 289, commonly known as the "Zoning
Ordinance of Miami Beach, Florida", and the maps
attached thereto and made a part thereof, be and the same is hereby
amended by excluding from the "BB" Business District, and
including in the "RE" Multiple-Family District and in Area
District MF-10, as said districts are set forth and def ined
in said ordinance, that certain parcel of land situate, lying
and being in the City of Miami Beach, County of Dade and State
of Florida, described as follows, to wit:
Lots 5, 6 and 7, Block 33, OCEAN
BEACH ADDITION NO. l, according to the
Plat thereof, recorded in Plat
Book 3 at page 11 of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida;
also known as 710-730 Collins Avenue.
SECTION 2 That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3 That this ordinance shall go into effect immediately
upon its passage and posting as required by law.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21 st day of May, 1969.
