AN ORD INANCE AMEND ING ORD INANCE NO . 2 8 9,
COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE "ZONING ORDINANCE
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA :
SECTION 1 That Ordinance No. 289, commonly known as the "Zoning
Ordinance of Miami Beach, Florida" and the maps
attached thereto and made a part thereof, be and the same is
hereby amended by excluding from the "BAA'-' Business District
and including in the "RE" Multiple-Family D istrict and in
Area D istrict MF-10, as said districts are set forth and
defined in said ordinance, the following parcel of land situate,
lying and being in the City of Miami Beach, County of Dade and
State of Florida, to wit :
Lot 1 and the S outh 30' of Lot 2,
Block 41, BELLEVIEW SUBDIVISION,
according to the Plat t�ereof
recorded in Plat Book 6 at page 114
of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida; also known as 1321 Lincoln
Road.
SECTION 2 That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3 That this ordinance shall go into effect immediately
upon its passage and posting as required by law.
